For the following countries and regions, shipments are delivered with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU):

Countries

• Afghanistan

• Brazil

• India

• Japan

• Kazakhstan

• Kyrgyzstan

• Moldova

• Pakistan

• Tajikistan

• Tunisia

• Uzbekistan

Regions

• Guam (U.S. territory)

• Saipan (U.S. territory)

For destinations where duties and taxes are unpaid, import duties and/or taxes may be charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

In such cases:

• If a customer refuses to accept the parcel due to import duties or taxes, all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

• According to customs regulations, we cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue orders to avoid customs charges. The full product value must be declared.

📌 Important Note for Shipments to Mexico
Due to updated Mexican customs regulations, all recipients must provide a valid TAX ID (RFC) and complete customs registration in order for the shipment to be released.
