🫐 Can I change my order?

Orders can only be modified before they leave our warehouse.
If your order is still in processing, please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist with the update. 💙

Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.
In this case, please refer to our Return Policy once your package arrives.


💙 Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Experience Team immediately with your order number and email address used for purchase.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be automatically processed.
Please note that cancellations are not available once your order has been shipped.


🫐 Can I cancel my order if I don’t have an account?

Absolutely! Even without an account, you can still cancel your order.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email — just click the “View Your Order” button inside that email to open your order page.

If your order is still within the cancellation window,
you can proceed by clicking the “Cancel” button under the Other Actions section.
